We also understand sometimes unforeseen events happen and that’s why we have a full service department to repair, clean and help you maintain your shutters so they can secure your home and protect your family for years to come.

Warranties*

Roll secure includes a 20 year limited warranty on shutters and a 5 year limited warranty on windows and doors. Upon request we do provide letters for your insurance company. These letters are for verification of the products we installed.

Service Department

Our service department strives to offer timely and cost effective service for all makes and models of shutters installed by any company. Our service team will quickly evaluate the problem and offer the best option for repair.

We also provide maintenance and cleaning for shutters. We will be happy to set up a custom service and maintenance plan for your home or business.

Our Standard Cleaning Service Includes:

• Wiping down tracks, removing any debris and lubricating shutters
• Removing the hood and ensuring shutters are operating properly
• Making any minor adjustments
• Cleaning the curtain front & back
