My experience with Rollsecure Shutters has been outstanding from the day that I first met Irene and Oliver at the Ft. Myers Home Show in early January.  Oliver's multiple visits to our house and his very patient explanation of the potential shortcomings of competitive products were instrumental in my becoming an educated customer.  Oliver knew that his price wouldn't be the lowest and it surely wasn't, by a long shot.  But Oliver had had enough confidence in the quality of Rollsecure's 1500 Series and in the professionalism and impressive "attention to detail" of Rollsecure's installation crews that I was more than convinced that Rollsecure Shutters was my best choice.

In the end, it was a fairly easy decision to decide among the 4 quotations that I received this winter for storm protection.  Now that I've had a chance to meet you and get to know a bit more about Rollsecure Shutters by visiting with you last week while the videographer was here, I'm more convinced than ever that my choice of Rollsecure Shutters was the correct one.

Recent on-site comments by a) both Collier County inspectors (structural and electrical) and b) my insurance company's independent wind mitigation inspector also confirm the extremely high quality of the 1500 Series product and the outstanding installation work.  I wasn't at all surprised by their comments, they only validated my already highly favorable opinion of your company.

Thank you for your help in organizing the installation of the shutters at our home. Your crew arrived yesterday and nearly completed installation; we do hope that the electrician will be here tomorrow to complete the hook-up.

I want to let you know how pleased we were with our service call yesterday. We recently purchased a condo built 20 years ago that already had hurricane shutters on the lanai. They seemed to work well but were very noisy, so we thought they needed some attention.

Bill and Clay arrived on time, inspected and lubricated all the shutters, and recommended re-lubricating them every six months. They also patiently described how we might do the re-lubricating ourselves. They did a great job and couldn't have been nicer.

I also mentioned that we have been considering having hurricane glass sliders installed on the lanai instead of having the shutters. Bill said that is something that your company can do as well and that he would have someone from the sales department contact us.

We will definitely recommend Rollsecure to our friends and neighbors in the future.

Just a quick note to let you know that we were very pleased with the service we received when your crew came to our house to repair a roll down storm shutter this week. Your men called ahead to give us a “heads up” as to their arrival time. They showed up on time and were very courteous and professional as they quickly assessed the problem and went to work. When they were finished they cleaned up the work site and explained what they had done.

On February 27th, I contracted to have shutters installed on all openings in my home and today March 14th just two weeks later they have been installed. The reason for my letter is to congratulate your company on the level of employees that we encountered during this process. From the initial visit to the measuring and explaining, to the two men David and Jaime, who worked this past week. We found them all to be courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. Mention should also go to the electricians who did a very neat job.
